We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To best accommodate all clients, please review our updated cancellation and reschedule policy below:
• Deposits
All deposits are nonrefundable.
• Reschedules
You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without losing your deposit.
• Cancellations & Late Changes
Any cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
• No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full service amount.
